EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINTING WORKS

Our portfolio includes completion of interior and exterior painting works of various high-rise and multi-storey office buildings, industrial and commercial establishments, mass housing and residential homes.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY :  EXTERIOR PAINTING WORKS

1. Surface Preparation to include scraping and cleaning of exterior surfaces of dirt, grime, fungus, cement laitance and other contaminants using high pressure washer. Grinding of wavy or uneven surface should be done by General Contractor or specialty masonry sub-contractor if dents or bulges are more than +/- 2mm per 3.0 meter span.
2. Application of one (1) coat Macnell water-based acrylic Flat Latex Primer (White)
3. Spot putty application on exterior concrete surface to hide dents, honeycombs, open joints, hairline cracks and uneven surfaces. Sanding smooth of puttied areas using Macnell Masonry putty.
4. Application of one (1) coat 1st topcoat using Macnell water-based acrylic Semi-Gloss Latex (Approved Color) 
5. Application of one (1) coat 2nd and final topcoat using Macnell water-based acrylic Semi-Gloss Latex ( Approved Color)
6. Clearing, cleaning and demobilization
