CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY : ROOF RENEWAL & LEAKPROOFING WORKS
- Surface preparation to include pressure washing of roof surface to remove dirt-build-up and to expose actual rust formation on the old existing roof panels.
- Application of “Turco” Rust Converter on roof with mild to moderate rust build-up
- Detailing to include installation of 100mm (4”) width polyester fibermesh on sidelaps & overlaps of old/existing roof panels & gutters
- Application of one (1) coat Macnell Elastomeric Primer ( White)
- Application of one (1) coat topcoat Macnell Elastomeric Coating ( Approved Color)
- Application of one (1) coat 2nd & Final topcoat of Macnell Elastomeric Coating ( Approved Color)
- Water Testing on the entire roof and gutter area using high pressure washer prior to acceptance
- Clearing, cleaning turn-over and demobilization
