SURFACE AND PRODUCT PREPARATION 

• Structural concrete surface must achieve a minimum of 28 days curing period.

1. 1. Concrete pavement must have a minimum compressive strength of 3,500psi.
   2. Concrete or metal surfaces must be dry, free from dirt, grease and other contaminations.
   3. Clean surface to receive epoxy paint coating by using high pressure water to remove stubborn dirt, grime or grease.
   4. Recommended mixing ratio of ¾ Part A to ¼ Part B by volume. Mix well Part A to ensure proper dispersion of pigments prior to adding Part B 
   5. To guarantee homogeneous product mixture for good performance, allow mixed A & B compound to stand for 2 minutes prior to application ( Induction  Time )

• PRODUCT APPLICATION

1. 1. Apply the mixture on concrete or metal surface by using paint brush or baby roller. Apply a minimum of two (2) coats until thickness or consistency is achieved
   2. Allow the coating to cure completely for 72 hours
